Fruad and deceptive
After going through most of completing the order, they kept trying to force me to join a "savings membership program". They were insisting i join the program, they ended hanging up on me. They had already got my credit card info, so I reported it stolen. I got my cc account canceled before they could charge me. They were badgering though the process. Do not trust anything they say to you. Whatever you do, do not use the web site, it asks for your checking account info.

Poor experience with every refill
I have begrudgingly dealt with Big Mountain Drugs for 2+ years solely because my primary doctor recommended them for cheaper prescription drugs and faxes my refill prescriptions directly to them to keep on file. Without exception, every refill effort has been a hassle requiring extra steps. They now can't accept Visa, so you have to jump through hoops because they presumably can't follow Visa's guidelines to maintain that relationship. Experiences with their customer service reps only underscore they must hire the most inept people available, do no training, and replace them frequently. It is NOT worth the frustration to deal with these imbeciles.
User's recommendation: Use anyone else for a smooth transaction.
